Casa Francina is a semi-detached house with swimming pool only a few metres away from the most beautiful beach of Malloca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The house has a private swimming pool with salt water of 3m x 7m in a very well kept terrace, with an outside shower, 4 sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade, barbecue and a nice terrace furnished with several tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.
The terrace is connected to the living room through two entrances with large windows that let in plenty of light and make the dining room a very pleasant place. Here you will find another large table and a sofa area to watch TV with air conditioning. The modern kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en suite bathroom. In total the house has one bathroom with shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with bathtub and one with shower. All bedrooms have double beds. In addition to bath towels, pool towels are provided for all guests.
For the winter, you will have portable electric radiators. In addition, in the garage you will be able to enjoy a magnificent ping pong table.

Das Haus war perfekt für 2 Familien und wir waren mehr als zufrieden, was die Ausstattung betraf. Die Lage war einfach nur perfekt.
Ebenfalls sehr positiv: Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten & eine schöne Terrasse.
