The majestic Ca'n Gamundi finca boasts a large plot located in the town of Muro, just a few kilometers from the well-known and touristy Playa de Muro.
Within its spacious grounds, you'll find a beach volleyball court, a swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with saltwater and a waterfall, along with 12 comfortable sun loungers and 3 parasols for a refreshing dip. There is also a spacious barbecue area, a court for playing petanca, and a children's play area for the little ones.
Surrounding the pool, a 3500 m² garden stretches out with plenty of lawn space for any sport activity.
The garden features some shade trees and a ping-pong table. You'll find numerous areas to relax and unwind throughout the house.
It's only 2.5 km from the beautiful, long sandy beach of Alcudia-Can Picafort. The large windows allow natural light to fill the entire house, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The living and dining room offers a pleasant space for family time, as does the spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your tasks easier.
The house can accommodate 10 people, divided into 5 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.
Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other three each have two single beds.
This house features three bathrooms with bathtubs and one with a shower.
For sharing meals and dinners, you can use the dining area in the living room or a table on the covered terrace with a fireplace for cooler days. This finca is a sure bet for enjoying your vacation with large groups of friends or families with children.
