This finca with well-kept style and beautiful gardens with private pool is located in a quiet area.



"Can Caragol", located in the countryside near the village of Inca has several terraces and seating areas, a wonderful Balinese bed, a private pool (4 x 2,5 meters) and sun loungers are at your disposal. The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees and lots of greenery. In the outdoor area there is also a rustic charcoal grill where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the open air.



The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the other two bedrooms with two beds each that can use the other bathroom with shower. The spacious kitchen open to the dining room is fully equipped,

The living room and 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programmes such as Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and also in the outdoor area.



The finca is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Every Thursday there is the weekly market in Inca. The good motorway connection to Inca leads to Palma and the beaches in the north of the island in 25 minutes.
