This flat is located on the ground floor of a residential complex with beautiful and well-kept gardens and has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the large communal swimming pool which is available all year round.



The terrace has a covered and a sunny part and is furnished, so you can enjoy al fresco meals at a table with chairs for 4 people enjoying the wonderful sea view and two comfortable sunbathing chairs.



The interior of the accommodation is accessed through the terrace, providing access to both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The living room, spacious and bright, is connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar, providing a very cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cooking.



The property also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which can be used for cooling in summer or heating in winter.



All that said, all that remains is to book your holiday in Majorca in this wonderful property only 350m from the beach of Sa Rápita and very close to one of the most famous beaches in Majorca: Es Trenc, with its fine sand and crystalline waters.
