Wake up each morning to the gentle sway of boats and the deep blue of the water, while enjoying a delicious al fresco breakfast.
This bright holiday apartment in Mallorca is located right on the promenade, just 200 meters from the fine sandy beach of Alcudia, ideal for swimming in its turquoise waters or for leisurely strolls along the sea. Additionally, it is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, small shops, and supermarkets, ensuring everything is within easy reach.
The Concha apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people, making it a fantastic choice for families or groups of friends.
The living-dining room is tastefully decorated, featuring large windows that fill the space with natural light and a dining table for family meals.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your culinary endeavors. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with two single beds.

There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub to relax after a day at the beach and another with a shower.
Furthermore, an outdoor bathroom next to the rear terrace adds a practical touch for when you return from the sea. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, ensuring a cool atmosphere even on the hottest days of the Mallorcan summer. Puerto de Alcudia is known for its boat promenade and its area of restaurants and shops by the sea. Just 1.5 km away is the town of Alcudia, famous for its medieval walls and local markets on Tuesdays and Sundays. It is a destination that offers much more than just sun and beach.
You can enjoy water sports, cycling routes, golf at the nearby Golf Alcanada, or explore S'Albufera Natural Park, a paradise for nature and bird lovers. The Concha apartment is the perfect retreat for those seeking an unforgettable seaside holiday in Mallorca.

Views of the port, location to shops, restaurants and beach.
The balcony would have benefited from an awning to provide a bit more shade.
