Disconnect during your holidays in the accommodation "Ca Sa Tati", a spacious and well-kept flat located in an exceptional area. This spacious accommodation with sea views is located on the seafront, next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina.



It has a large terrace where you always have the choice between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze.

Through a small gate you have direct access to the Paseo Maritimo, the boaters and the small Nautical club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes and where Son Serra ends in the east, there is a sandy beach of almost 2 kilometres with an idyllic and protected dune landscape behind.



The house has a living room which is open through large windows to the terrace, so the living room is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days. In the living room there is a table for six people, where you can get together as a family for lunch, dinner or have fun with board games.

The accommodation, with capacity for six people, has three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning in each of them on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, one of which is inside one of the bedrooms, making it an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, in hatch, is joined to the living room allowing a common ambience, moreover, it is fully equipped. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as the living room.



To this day, Son Serra de Marina is a secret tip of the locals. Even in the middle of summer it is not too crowded and it is a unique place with its buildings of no more than two floors and surrounded by nature reserves.
