This roomy accommodation with sea views is situated on the promenade, next to the small harbor of Son Serra de Marina. Equipped with an extensive terrace where you always have a choice between sun and shade.
The terrace extends 180º around the house, featuring four loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower, and, of course, a barbecue.
On the terrace, you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze. Through a small gate, you have direct access to the promenade, the boaters, and the small Yacht Club in front of the house.
To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes, and where Son Serra ends in the east, a nearly 2-kilometer sandy beach opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape behind it. The house features an open living room with large windows leading to the terrace, making the living room very bright and equipped with air conditioning for hotter days.
