The vacation home "Can Bennassar" is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente, a small residential area of Pollensa, just a few meters from one of the most beautiful coves in northern Mallorca.
It is owned by a well-known Majorcan artist (painter - sculptor), which is why his works abound, decorating each of the rooms in the house. The house features lovely, green gardens with lawn, climbing plants, cacti, and other vegetation, lending the home a special comfort.
All of this is strategically furnished with sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas and umbrellas, a barbecue house, and, of course, a table with chairs so that the 6 adults staying can enjoy their breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors. The living room stands out for its large picture window with garden views, allowing natural light to enter, and its very comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV.
It also has direct access to the terrace and the spacious dining room.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.
Additionally, there is one bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.
Despite being very close to the beach, the house offers spectacular panoramic mountain views.
Furthermore, Cala San Vicente, besides being famous for the color of its small beaches' waters, is known for the quality of its fish and rice restaurants.
