- Bedroom 3: Double bed, A/C and heating, access to a furnished private terrace with panoramic views.

- In the living room there is a sofa bed in case you need to accommodate two more people. It is available on request, for an extra cost of 60.00 euro per day to be paid on the spot.

- Security deposit: 300,00 euro. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage has been caused to the property.

- Final cleaning: 300,00 euro.

- Daily cleaning, on request, 3 days a week, 3 hours a day (including 1 change of towels and bed linen): 180,00 euro.

- Extra linen and towels, on request: 15,00 euro per person.
