It’s also close to the nature park, so it’s a perfect summer destination—great for hiking, cycling, and relaxing in the heart of the Dolomites. The 71 m² apartment offers a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms—one with an extra sofa bed—plus 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, safe, cable/satellite TV, and a baby cot on request. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony with stunning mountain views, or unwind in the shared garden with seating and loungers.
A special highlight: you can access the famous Sellaronda ski area directly from the house and explore the entire Dolomiti Superski region. The center of Selva is just a few minutes away by bus, with the stop only 20 m from the property.
