Guest rooms and a holiday flat in a B&B with a furnished communal garden, just a few metres from the sea
The bed and breakfast is part of a villa with a garden, in a quiet residential area surrounded by the greenery of nature and the beautiful Ionian Sea. It is close to various beach resorts but away from the chaotic streets of the city. The residence is right next to the coast: the sea is just a few steps away.
The B&B consists of two guest rooms with a double bed and a holiday flat. Guests in the rooms have access to a shared kitchen where they can prepare and eat meals and where breakfast is served if required. The holiday flat is completely independent. A WLAN internet connection is available. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms of the accommodation.
The garden is shared by guests and is equipped with a gazebo, parasols, tables and chairs. There is also a car park on the property with three covered and one uncovered parking spaces. Some bicycles are available to guests for a fee.
The owners live on the property and are happy to personally assist their guests. Daily cleaning of the rooms is included.
The old town centre of Crotone is 3 km away and offers shopping opportunities, every service, as well as archaeological sites and other sights. The sea is only 100 metres away and can be reached on foot. Restaurants and pizzerias are just a few steps away from the B&B and offer local cuisine. A bus stop is located 100m away, with a bus line that goes to the centre of Crotone. The nearest grocery store is 2km away.
The holiday flat is approximately 80m² in size and is ideal for six people, but can accommodate up to twelve. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (160x190cm) and offer the option of adding two single beds. They are also equipped with a large wardrobe and air conditioning (hot/cold). Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living room is furnished with several sofas, including a sofa bed for two people (160x190cm), as well as a TV. Two single beds can also be added in the living room. The kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The living room and kitchen are not air-conditioned, but can be heated.
