Villa Pomera is located in Beniarbeig, Dénia area. It is located in a residential area from where you can walk to the village. Undoubtedly the ideal place for a holiday in a quiet area at the foot of the mountains and a short distance from the Mediterranean coast
It is a cosy villa of 80 metres and of recent construction. It is distributed on one floor, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, kitchen open to the living room and direct access to the porch and the private swimming pool. There is also independent parking within the plot.
Within 500 metres of the villas you will find some shops, bars and restaurants. Beniarbeig is a municipality in the Marina Alta and a traditional mountain village, located at the entrance of the Vall de la Rectoria, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The Vall de la Rectoria is one of the most beautiful valleys of the Costa Blanca, known for its great views, the beauty of its fields and the tranquillity of its villages.
Just 10 minutes away is the beach "Les Deveses", known for being the widest beach in Dénia, as well as for the quality of its fine golden sand and the transparency of its waters. Dénia and its port are about 12 km away, where you will find a wide range of services, leisure and culture.
