The MONTENEGRO villa is located just 130 m from the sandy beach “Les Deveses”, one of the best areas in Denia to enjoy its wide and quiet beaches with family or friends.
Completely renovated in 2022, the villa has a capacity for 12 people, distributed as follows:
The exterior features a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large area next to the pool for sunbathing and enjoying the pool and barbecue.
