Located just a stone's throw away from York Minster, this charming 1 bedroom property is something of a hidden retreat.
It benefits from being set just off the street of Gillygate and enjoys all the benefits of being just a minutes' walk from the very heart of the city centre.
Once you access the door on street, the entrance porch way transfers you to something of a hidden gem right by the city walls. The property benefits from having an enclosed patio area at the rear that has views of the city walls.
Please note there are two beehives which are kept in a neighbouring property garden in close proximity to the patio area. Inside the ground floor apartment itself there is a spacious lounge area with dining table.
A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and the bathroom features a walk in shower.
