A stone-built house in a quiet hamlet.
Inside there is a large living room with a rustic-style fireplace.
You will enjoy both the proximity of the sea (10 km) and country walks surrounding the gite.
Wedged between the coastal country of Carnac / Quiberon and the rural canton of Pluvigner, the town, a foot on the sea in Locoal, a foot on land in Mendon, is part of the canton of Belz.
Tradition: famous bagad: Ronsed Mor: traditional Breton music.
Gastronomic specialities: oysters from the Ria d'Etel.
Discovery of the Ria d'Etel: paradise for seabirds.
If the Etel river bears this pretty name of ria, it is because the Atlantic Ocean draws up and down strokes there to the rhythm of the tides.
Seen from above, it is a labyrinth where land and sea seek each other, find each other and sometimes come together, offering visitors landscapes rich in color.
Once crossed the "Etel bar" and its perpetually moving sandbank, the yachtsman can relax and set off to discover unspoiled and protected nature.
Lagoons, wild beaches, marshes and oyster farms follow one another in this small winding inland sea dotted with islets.

ce très beau gîte se trouve dans un hameau calme. très bien situé, il est assez proche de nombreux sites remarquables (alignements de Carnac, presqu'île de Quiberon, Vannes, Lorient...)Merci à la propriétaire (voisine de la location) pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion.

Bon accueil de la propriétaire des lieu.Grande maison dont la situation géographique permet de réaliser de nombreuses visitesà proimité.Belle cheminée dans le séjour (bien agréable pour les soirées de février).

La propriétaire est particulièrement gentille et il a été très agréable d échanger avec elle sur la région, les traditions etc. Le gîte est confortable, la pièce de vie très grande avec une superbe cheminée que nous avons appréciée. Excellent séjour malgré un temps très moyen mais en novembre ce n'est pas une surprise ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir.
