On the ground floor, the cottage offers you an entrance which leads to the equipped kitchen with the dining area, the large living room with an office space, as well as a bedroom (2 90 cm beds), a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and a balcony, then 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, a large terrace and the 8 x 4m heated swimming pool. Private parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Private swimming pool open and heated from mid-June to mid-September.

Neighboring Carnac, the seaside resort of Plouharnel is a must for nature lovers, you will also appreciate its beaches, dunes and its cycle path leading you to the Côte Sauvage near Quiberon. 500m from the cottage, you can swim in a small cove.
