On the ground floor, the cottage offers you an entrance which leads to the equipped kitchen with the dining area, the large living room with an office space, as well as a bedroom (2 90 cm beds), a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and a balcony, then 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, a large terrace and the 8 x 4m heated swimming pool.
Private parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Private swimming pool open and heated from mid-June to mid-September. Gite adjoining a vacation rental. Summer rental per fortnight. At the entrance to the Quiberon peninsula, Plouharnel opens the door to the ocean for you. A popular destination for holidaymakers and families, the town is also a surfer's paradise, for beginners as well as for the more experienced! Neighboring Carnac, the seaside resort of Plouharnel is a must for nature lovers, you will also appreciate its beaches, dunes and its cycle path leading you to the Côte Sauvage near Quiberon. 500m from the cottage, you can swim in a small cove.

Das Haus ist schön und hell, auch dessen Lage ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten ist mit der gut eingerichteten Küche problemlos, der Gasgrill ist top.Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgewiesen, es sind auch so viele Betten vorhanden. Ich halte das für zuviel, wir waren zu fünft, was sehr angenehm war. Ein schöner Urlaub.

Très jolie maison, très bien située entre Carnac et la presqu’île de Quiberon avec une très belle vue et au calme.Maison spacieuse, propre, lumineuse. Très bonne literie.Seul bémol sans en être vraiment un est la cuisine qui est un peu petite lorsque nous sommes plusieurs à cuisiner.Mr et Mme Laudic...

Ein sehr ruhiges Haus mit idealer Lage zur Austernbucht. Mit einer Dusche mehr wäre es komfortabler. Das Haus mit Pool ist empfehlenswert.
