- On the ground floor, this rental welcomes you in a large living room with living room including a wood-burning insert, living room and open fitted kitchen, as well as a large south-west facing veranda overlooking the fully enclosed garden.
You will also have a bathroom with corner shower, separate toilets and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. - On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms in the attic each equipped with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with wc. Outdoor parking on the property.
Gite adjoining the owners' holiday home. Arzal, the village of Lantiern and its hiking trails are the places not to be missed in this town.
The dam is also the place of festivities which culminate every year in August with Festiv'Arz, a highlight of the year during which Breton culture is in the spotlight.
Many visits will be expected: Vannes 30 minutes away, nestled at the bottom of the Gulf of Morbihan; La Roche Bernard, Small City of Character, 10 minutes away; Guérande and its salt marshes 30 minutes away; without forgetting the legendary and mythical Brocéliande forest 1 hour away.

Anne Marie et Denis sont des propriétaires très très accueillants . Le confort et la propreté est irréprochable, Anne Marie est au bon soin pour ses hôtes quand à Denis , il nous a régalé avec les légumes et les fruits du jardin , un passionné. A recommander sans problème.
