In the heart of a small hamlet and 5 minutes walk from the beaches, this vacation rental (adjoining the owner's home) is the ideal place for your stay.
- On the ground floor: a bright and well-appointed living room with kitchen area and bar area for meals, lounge area, wc, shower room.
Bay window overlooking the private terrace not overlooked. - On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90). Unfenced garden, parking and laundry room with washing machine in common.
The cottage is located 1 km from the landing stage.
A bus awaits you for the Station du Méné. Access to the island from Lorient (Compagnie Océane - tel.: 0820-056-156). Rental cars and bicycles on the island. The island of Groix is located off the southern coast of Brittany and opposite Ploemeur.
The island offers a contrasting landscape between the west "Piwisy" characterized by high cliffs and the east "Primiture" - characterized by low cliffs, sandy beaches.
Explore the 40 km of paths on foot or by bike, and admire the typical villages with their colorful houses.
Ideal stay for lovers of nature and nautical activities.

Very nice and helpfull host, but it's better you to speak french, she doesn't speak english =)Cottage is clean and there is all equipments one needs. Enough space, pretty garden and close to the beaches. 5 min walking to closest beach, 12 min walking to Grand Sables. Area is quiet, everything perfect.

Nous sommes une nouvelle fois revenus au Cocon et comme d’habitude tout était parfait : l’excellent accueil et les petites attentions de Mme Raude, le gîte fonctionnel et propre est bien situé au calme et proche de tout.Bref, on se sent bien au Cocon et nous avons hâte d’y revenir.

Localisation épatante pour les balades : on peut parcourir l'ile grâce aux chemins de traverse sans presque mettre les pieds sur du goudron ! Calme complet, un hameau avec un charme inouï. Gite petit mais très fonctionnel, hôtesse très disponible.
