Space, comfort and modernity characterize this cottage: open kitchen with sea view and terrace access, 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets and a living room. 4 bedrooms (3 beds of 180, separable into 90 and 1 bed of 120 and the other of 90) including 2 with shower room and toilet, the 3rd shower room and the toilet are between the two other bedrooms.
Outside, the terrace and the park are exclusively reserved for tenants.
Private parking for 4 cars.
The single-storey cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' house (the 1st floor is private to them, they will be absent during your stay).
They are available (always reachable) but very discreet (present for the reception and departure).
Cottage adjoining the garage where the laundry room is located Take full advantage of the 15,000m2 of land facing the sea...! 2 enclosures of 5000 and 3000 m2 with water point, which can accommodate your horses.
Horse riding trails from the start of the house.
Stay in Séné, a family town and take full advantage of the nature offered by the Gulf of Morbihan.
Many activities: nautical center, equestrian center, swimming, cycling, hiking, fishing, kayaking.
For a sunset on the edge of the Gulf, "Ti Anna" 50 meters from La Joliverie, the port house where you can have a drink, eat seafood or enjoy the cultural event of the moment.
On the coastal path, oyster tasting possible! Aperitif at the house between two games of pétanque or early evening at "Ti Anna", the gîte La Joliverie is shared between serenity and local life.
Séné also has 47 km of coastline, a nature reserve with its marshes and wild birds.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la Joliverie. L’accueil et la disponibilité de Cendrine et ranck, la localisation de la maison, la vue, le calme, le confort… bref, tout était parfait pour un séjour en famille et entre amis ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons séjournez dans ce gîte avec des personnes en situation de handicap. ranck et Cendrine, nous ont accueillis avec bienveillance et ce sont montrés disponible pour toutes demandes de notre part. Gite confortable. Il ne manquait absolument rien. La vue du gîte est à couper le souffle. Chloé et Carine.
