The cottage is a contemporary house from 2019. Located in a small residence of 10 houses and 300m from the sea and beaches. Independent, it has:
- a nicely landscaped enclosed garden
- a large terrace and a courtyard for parking cars.
It offers you on the ground floor:
- a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen
- lounge and living room opening onto the south-facing terrace
- a bedroom (1 140 cm bed) with private bathroom
- a toilet with hand basin and a laundry room
Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds)
- bathroom and separate toilet.
Possibility of additional sleeping, with prior agreement from the owner, at €40 per person per night. Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys is located on the Atlantic coast offers you beautiful panoramas on the sea as well as the most beautiful beaches of the Peninsula for lovers of swimming and sand castles! During your stay, you can indulge in golf (in the town), as well as many outdoor activities (hiking, horse riding, tennis, tree climbing) and water sports (fishing, boating, diving, surfing, etc.). At Port Crouesty, you can relax in thalassotherapy or in the casino!
