This cottage overlooking the Gulf, is located 3 minutes drive from the pier for the island of Arz.
- On the 1st floor of the owners' house with independent entrance and stairs to access the first floor, this apartment (view of the GOlfe du Morbihan) welcomes you with a living room, a kitchen area with lounge/living room, 2 bedrooms ( including one with a 160x200 bed and a second with a 140x190 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Outside: a garden with terrace and garden furniture, from which you can admire the view of the Gulf of Morbihan, the coastal path adjoins the garden.
Semi-detached apartment at 56G24313. Washing machine and dryer are in the garage of the owners on request.
Parking space. On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be requested: a check for €300 for the gîte and a check for €50 for cleaning. This apartment is located in the town of Séné in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, ranked among the most beautiful bays in the world.
Browse the 110 km of trails to discover its nature reserve, its many bays and viewpoints, its beaches or its sailing school (5 minutes by car). 10 minutes from Vannes, city of arts and history, fortified city and 2 times millennium!

Super séjour dans ce gîte.Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, plein de bons conseils pour le séjour et très discrets.Le gîte est bien situé, très proche de Vannes, le bateau bus pour aller à l'île d'Arz est accessible à pied depuis le gîte. Nous recommandons vivement !Encore merci !

Propriétaires accueillants intéressants sympathiques discrets et à notre écoute Appartement spacieux, lumineux ,ou l on se sent bien Les chênes nous ont protégées du soleil et amènes de la fraîcheur dans un espace extérieur au bord du Gr .Tranquillité dans un bel environnement 15 jours de super vacances.
