This small holiday home, adjoining the owner's house, welcomes you with its modern and neat decoration.
In this volume of 27 m², everything has been well thought out to offer you the comfort of a modern house: living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, sleeping area with glass roof accommodating 1 bed 140, a bathroom water with wc. The gîte opens onto an enclosed garden of 100 m², not overlooked, with a wooden terrace facing south. Private parking.
For the deposit, 2 checks will be requested: 1 of 350 € for the gîte and 1 of 50 € of cleaning deposit. Etel is nestled at the entrance of the "Ria" itself forming a natural gulf and offering diverse and sumptuous seascapes where land and sea never cease to meet creating coves, coastal coves and small lagoons. The cottage is ideally located 800 m from the port and the shops, restaurants and bars. At 600 m, a beach will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as well as a seawater pool for the little ones.
