The cottage is located on the road to Saint-Cado.
It offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with lounge, kitchen and living room opening onto the enclosed garden and the terrace.
You will also find a separate toilet with sink and a laundry room. - On the 1st floor: 2 small bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed, the other with 1 140 x 200 bed and 1 90 x 200 bunk bed, then shower room and separate toilet. The garden has been landscaped to allow you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.
Free street parking.
Gite adjoining gite 56G1350 and the owner's house. You will find in the town of Belz, a terminal to recharge an electric car. Rental located in Belz, on the banks of the Ria d'Etel.
Far from the large overcrowded seaside resorts, you can enjoy the setting that awaits you in peace.
Not to be missed: the island of Saint-Cado 5 minutes walk from the cottage! A little further, Etel is worth the detour, this former tuna port now hosts a beautiful nautical base and many shops (bars and restaurants). To enjoy the beautiful beaches of our department, Plouhinec and Erdeven are only 15 min.

L'accueil, la propreté
Les photos montrent un environnement privilégié, alors que le gîte est au bord d'une route sans trottoir, axe principal très fréquenté : piétons et passants évoluent à un mètre des fenêtres. Le gîte n'est ni insonorisé ni climatisé. La réalité s'est avérée loin de ce que nous attendions
