This vacation rental with a separate entrance features:
- On the ground floor: a living room with a dining/kitchen/lounge area, a toilet with a washbasin, and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 king-size bed divisible into 2 single beds, 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed), and a bathroom with a toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a wooded garden on a 2,000 m² enclosed plot surrounded by a hedge, a swing, and a sandbox.
Terraces facing south (26 m²) and west (40 m²). The gîte is adjoining the owner's home but completely independent (opposite entrance, hedge to delineate the garden, etc.). Cleaning fee available upon request.
Monthly rentals available from early October to late March. Located in a hamlet 7 km from Carnac, 10 minutes from the sea and less than 5 km from local shops (supermarket, bakery, etc.). This renovated 17th-century farmhouse invites you to relax in the calm of the countryside, set back from the road.
You can discover, during your vacation in Brittany, many activities: hiking (trails 700m away, GR341 7km away), thalassotherapy (6 km away), casino, megaliths, architectural heritage, beaches, etc.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Élise. Le gite est très confortable, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Il est très bien équipé et au calme dans un cadre superbe. Propreté irréprochable. Très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Accueil particulièrement chaleureu de la part d'Elise. Tout était parfait!
