The cottage is a charming house, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Here, you will feel good and appreciate the space offered by the living room.
On the ground floor, you will have a living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with a pronounced ramp with 1 160 cm bed.
Outside, you will enjoy garden furniture set up in the private courtyard, a 3-person spa (accessible on request for €30 per week of stay) and a parking space under a covered shelter.
The cottage is adjoining the owners' accommodation (through the garage) but not overlooked.
Access to the bedroom is via a fairly steep staircase; if necessary, you can use the convertible sofa in the living room.
The washing machine is located in the owner's garage (direct access from the cottage), with free access. In the moors of Lanvaux, halfway between Vannes and Auray, discover this preserved territory, made of moors and woods to explore on foot or by bike. 15 minutes away, Vannes awaits you, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, its port, its historic town with its cobbled streets, its half-timbered houses and its pier to the islands (gulf/iles du broads). Not to be missed: Auray, its St-Goustan port and its artisans.
