At the port of Étel, the recently renovated La Criée studio pairs a sea view with a furnished balcony. Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby, and seasonal festivities add to the harbour atmosphere. The nearest beach is approximately 160 m away in a straight line.
The 30 m² studio sleeps 2. Its living space combines a kitchenette with a microwave, a sitting area with a television and a sleeping area with 1 bed measuring 140 cm wide. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity are included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Free shared parking is available next to the building. Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property.
Étel sits at the entrance to the ria, with fine sandy beaches, a marina and a seawater basin used as a watersports centre. Gavres, Carnac and Erdeven are also nearby, while Quiberon and its wild coastline lie a little farther afield.

tres bel appartement avec une vue a vous coupez le souffle.une tres jolie region avec beaucoup de choses a decouvrir.
