Second independent toilet. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 160x200 beds - including 1 bed that can be converted into 2 80x200 beds -, 1 baby bed), a bathroom with toilet Outside: an open private garden of 2000 m² with a large terrace.
Gîte adjoining accommodation which is very occasionally occupied and located 500 m from the Bourg Centre. 10 minutes from Auray, 20 minutes from Vannes or Lorient, close to everything, Locoal-Mendon is known for its famous bagad "Ronsed Mor" (seahorses in French), titled champion of Brittany several times.
The Ria d'Etel borders this town: you can observe the magnificent landscapes and its seabirds there, as well as the Ilot de Saint-Cado, in the town of Belz.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce superbe gîte.Odile et Gilles sont adorables et très sympathiques.C'est une belle maison bretonne, propre, bien meublée et agréable à vivre.Elle est bien située pour rayonner sur la région de Lorient et celle du Golfe du Morbihan. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette location.

Dit huis bevat alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Een beetje eigenaardige leyaout, maar ruimte zat. De omgeving is ook rustig, groen, vol met vogels en reetjes. Het enige minpuntje is de afstand tot de zee: toch wel een 20-30km voor je er bent.
