You will also find a laundry room, a toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 160) and a bathroom. The ground floor has been fitted out to facilitate holidays for people with reduced mobility.
- On the 1st floor: a mezzanine-lounge area, 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has a balcony (2 140x190 beds, 2 160x200 beds), bathroom (bathtub + shower), wc.
The cottage has a terrace outside to enjoy the sun, overlooking a large garden of 800m². Private parking in the courtyard for 3 vehicles. All 160 beds can be converted into 2 x 80. For the deposit, 2 checks will be requested: 1 of 500€ for the gîte, and 1 of 110€ cleaning deposit.
