The cottage comprises a living area on the ground floor, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also on this level: a bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds, including 1 bunk bed), a bathroom with toilet, and a small mezzanine converted into a lounge/reading area with a television and access to a balcony with a small sea view! Outside: a 400m² garden and a 50m² furnished terrace with a rinse shower. This cottage is attached to a house (via the garage) and shares land with the residence (an orchard and a bowling green). Utilities included and wood heating only (pellets provided). Bicycle garage. 3 private parking spaces on the property. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison. Le gite Ty Baradoz est non seulement parfaitement équipé, spacieux, mais également très bien situé. Environnement très calme, la mer à deux pas, de nombreuses pistes cyclables, chemins de randonnée.... Une adresse à retenir.

Un très beau gite, à proximité de la plage, qui nous a permis de réunir une famille de 6 adultes et de 2 enfants.Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les livres et les jeux pour enfants, qui rendent ce gite très accueillantUn seul bémol....la température élevée des chambres après une journée de soleil

Nous avons loué ce gîtes pour un week-end entre amis et nous avons été conquis ! La maison est très lumineuse, agréable à vivre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée (belle vaisselle, casseroles, verres, lave vaisselle, … Parfaitement situé à quelques pas de la plage.Nous recommandons vivement !
