17th century longhouse which is 2 renovated cottages no 294 & 297 in village 1,5 kilometers from Calan.
Gite no294 to the first floor of the gîte no297 (which is upstairs).
Living room/kitchen area, fireplace (woodburner), video recorder, DVD player, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby cot), bathroom, WC, electric heating.
Tumble dryer.
Private enclosed grounds 920 m², gravelled courtyard, garden furniture, BBQ, private carpark.
Facing south, this renovated 17th century house is very cosy with a large living-room of 42 m² with air-conditioning system.
Rental bycicles and promenade by boat possible (ask the owner for price). In Morbihan, Calan is a green town ideally located for discovering the department.
On the countryside side, the green valleys of Blavet and Scorff offer you a wide choice of outdoor activities.
