The cottage is quietly located in a small hamlet.Independent, it offers a terrace to enjoy the sun and a garden.-On the ground floor, the living room of 34m² offers light and space.
It hosts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge.
WC with washbasin.-On the 1st floor, two rooms with sea view (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90), bathroom.Private parking next to the cottage. Between Lorient and Auray, come and discover or rediscover the ria of Étel, one of the treasures of Brittany.
From the bar of Étel, the ria forms, over more than 15kms a small bay dotted with islands and small natural points and sheltering many small typical ports.
Here, the landscapes are preserved and wild.

To the north of the ria of Étel, the town of Locoal-Mendon borders 40 kilometers of coastline, with small coves suitable for swimming at high tide, and marshes for bird watching.
The Pointe de Verdon, a stone's throw from the cottage, offers a beautiful view of the ria. Here, nature and hiking lovers will be delighted! Locoal Mendon will also allow you to quickly reach the expressway to discover the key sites of our Department: Lorient, the small sea of Gâvres, Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan, Quiberon etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite très propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel et au calme ce qui permet de se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil pour les visites. Merci pour les attentions de bienvenue. C’est un gite à recommander et où nous pensons revenir.
