The cottage offers:
- On the ground floor: a living room with exposed beams and stonework, including the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and the lounge (with a decorative fireplace). Also on this level: a separate toilet.
- On the first floor: two bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 cm bed, the second with two single beds, and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. You also have access to a large 800 m² plot of land shared with the owner.
The cottage is located in a group of buildings and close to the owner's home.

A Green Up charging station is available. An electricity fee of €30/week will be charged by the owner. Just 25 km from Lorient, come and recharge your batteries in a green environment, in the countryside. Nestled in the Scorff valley, Plouay is a small, welcoming town and offers beautiful nature walks and trails designed for hiking enthusiasts. For lovers of old stones, a beautiful built heritage is to be admired with castles and chapels. The Manehouarn park, which extends over 50 hectares, offers families various activities: playground, multi-sports ground, skate park, orienteering course and fishing pond. Nearby, Pont Callec forest and GR38 at 0.5 km and GR34 at 0.8 km.
