The cottage is a large farmhouse located in the quiet of a small hamlet.
- On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large bright living room welcoming the living room and the living room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom (1 bed 140x190), with bathroom adjoining shower/wc. At this level also: a laundry room in which is fitted out a shower for returning from the beach and a separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor: a landing with sofa and desk, 2 bedrooms (2 140x190 beds) and 1 90 bed if necessary, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside: you will have a concrete terrace and a garden (not closed), a garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue.
Vehicle parking is in front of the cottage.
The cottage is located next to the owners' house and is adjoining their shed.
For the deposit, 2 checks will be requested: 1 of 440€ deposit deposit and 1 of 60€ cleaning deposit. Between Vannes and Nantes, between the Rhuys peninsula and the Guérandaise peninsula, come and recharge your batteries in Férel for your next vacation.
With family or friends, let yourself be seduced by the breathtaking landscapes offered by the Vilaine.
Many trails will allow hiking, cycling or horseback riding.
Férel is located a few kilometers from the beaches of the Gold Mine in Pénestin and that of the Remblais in La Baule.
Less than 30 minutes away, the Brière, the salt marshes and the Gulf of Morbihan will be within your reach, to savor the richness of our heritage.

Pleins d'attentions de la part de nos hôtes, herbes aromatiques sur la terrasse, produits régionau et d'entretien à disposition, "1er secours" pour la cuisine, grand jardin où il fait bon flâner ... Que du bonheur, sans parler de la propreté ... aussi eceptionnelle !

Gite parfait joliment aménagé, un petit coin de paradis. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.rien ne manquait, gîte exceptionnel. Coup de cœur pour Annick et Jean Claude avec leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Nous prévoyons de revenir.

This was our third visit to this lovely gite.The owners are always very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We have never had a problem despite us not speaking French! Beautiful countryside and not far from amazing beaches with lots of good flat walking along the clifftops.
