Set on a cul-de-sac in Damgan, L'Avocette invites you to enjoy time outdoors in its approximately 200 m² enclosed garden and on its south-facing terrace. The 82 m² holiday home sleeps 5, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue ready for relaxed meals and afternoons outside.
On the ground floor, the living area opens onto the terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and one with 3 beds measuring 90 cm. The shower room with toilet is also upstairs, and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Wi-Fi, a TV, DVD player, washing machine and baby equipment are provided. Bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Private parking is available in front of the house, but electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property.
The beaches and town centre are approximately 500 m away and can be reached by a footpath. Damgan is part of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park, with opportunities for walking and cycling. Its beach stretches for nearly 8 km, with supervised swimming in season. Shore fishing, local shops, restaurants and bars add to the possibilities nearby.

Superbe !
