The gite is an independent house offering spacious volumes and great amenities.
- On the ground floor, the gîte opens onto the living room, with beautiful openings, welcoming kitchen, living room and lounge.
A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room, a separate toilet and a garage (for 1 car) also serving as a laundry room. - On the 1st floor: 3 comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and one bedroom with 2 120 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, a private and enclosed garden of 600m², a concrete terrace and a courtyard.
A ping-pong table is also at your disposal, as well as games for children.
The owners' house is near the gite.
Possibility to park three vehicles in the property. For an iodized stay in South Morbihan, discover Belz, a friendly town where life is good.
Ideally located, Belz is on the edge of the Ria d'Etel, one of the jewels of the region, which has managed to preserve its wild and natural character.
A few minutes away, you can also go to Etel, which has a charming typical little port, a beach equipped for children, bars and seaside-style restaurants.
The coveted seaside resort of Erdeven is 15min to enjoy the pleasures of the sea: swimming, fishing, water sports etc. With family or friends, this cottage is waiting for you for your next vacation!

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans ce gîte confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour aller visiter Quiberon, Carnac, le golfe du Morbihan,...Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis.Bref, séjour parfait! Merci aux propriétaires.

Nous avons passe un super sejour dans un gite tres bien equipe.Tout ce qu’il faut pour 8 personnes. Je recommande ce gite car dans un environnement tres calme. Mais tres proche des lieux a voir comme St Cado ou Etel bref allez y sans probleme. Je garde cette adresse pour nos prochaines vacances.

Gite très agréable et spacieux Très bien situé pour les visites, Etel pour promenade en bateau,St Cado très mignonBeaucoup de sentiers aménagés le long de la Ria, très pratique pour se promener et l on peut les rejoindre à pied du gîte Grande surface pour les courses, proche Juste petit problème avec les poubelles
