Detached gite on a farm near the owner's home and other dwellings, 5km from MUZILLAC.
Living room/kitchen corner/sitting area, woodburning stove. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed), shower room, 2 WC, electric heating, garden 350 m², terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swing, table tennis table.
GR39 (long distance walkers track) at 3 Km.
Rambling path -Le chemin des Vignes- at the doorstep. Muzillac, with the Pen Mur site, is the ideal place for rest, walks and family picnics.
This natural site, around the pond of the same name, offers you a variety of landscapes around the different valleys it crosses.
At the end of the pond, there is an old paper mill.
The Granges beach, a beautiful strip of sand wedged between the rocks, will delight the whole family, like the Barges beach, next to the playground. “Romantic”, the Plage des Amoureux, just at the foot of the Domaine de Rochevilaine, is completely romantic with its view of the coastline between Billiers and Damgan.
The lodge has fiber.
