This apartment, with individual air conditioning, is quietly located, away from the street. Arranged on the 1st floor with independent entrance, on the same level, it offers you a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a shower room and a separate toilet.
From the living room, a French window opens onto the south-facing balcony which overlooks a landscaped garden with flowers in all seasons. You will appreciate the silence while taking your meals in the sun. A small rest area is reserved for you with deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking along the property. Shared bicycle shelter. On this same level: gite 56G846 & 56G848 (from 2 to 3 people), with a shared entrance.
On request, small dog welcome with supplement: see with the owners. Ideally located close to the Ile aux Moines, you will quickly reach Carnac, Quiberon, La Trinité / Mer etc... for your getaways.
At the turn of the coastal paths, discover a whole range of dream landscapes: coves and small beaches, islands and islets... Just over 1 km away, you can enjoy swimming on the beach of the 7 islands. Notice to green enthusiasts, the golf course (18 holes) is very close! During your stay, let yourself be charmed by a cruise on the Gulf with a stopover at Île aux Moines (pier 10 minutes away).
