Living room, kitchen corner, sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower, wc, electric heating, enclosed terrace, garden furniture, BBQ. Shared grounds 900 m² with swings, boules alley, sandpit.
Walking tracks 15 km. Converted cowshed turned into a very pleasant house sitting in wooded grounds, near a little lake. Ideally located near Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and the Rhuys peninsula, Theix-Noyalo is a town rich in history and heritage: the village of Gorvello, the castle of Plessis-Josso (former fortified farm), the hold of Kerentré (observation post for migratory and sedentary birds), tide mill and the leisure park of Brural.

Belles vacances en Morbihan. Gîte au calme et bien centré pour découvrir la région du golfe.Concernant la fiche de présentation de Gîtes de France, deux points sont à corriger:- le gîte est équipé d'une douche et non d'une baignoire- pas de produits fournis pour l'entretien contrairement à ce qui est indiqué.

Un gîte tout confort dans un environnement apaisant : on s'y sent comme à la maison, avec des hôtes prévenants et disponibles. Idéalement situé à proximité de Vannes (et pourtant à la campagne) pour découvrir le golfe du Morbihan et la presqu'île de Rhuys.
