This vacation rental (Ty Kabiten 56G11645) is divided into 5 accommodations including the Pervenches apartment for 2 people.
This has been designed to simplify the stay for people with reduced mobility. It consists of a bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with lounge area, a shower room with wc (accessible from the bedroom), and a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the veranda. You will have a private parking space inside the property. At the entrance to Locmariaquer is the "Ty Kabiten" (the 'captain's house' in Breton). This beautiful residence and its large garden are open to the sea, a haven of peace.
Each apartment offers an exceptional view of the Gulf of Morbihan, with the sailboats that sail there.
The assets of Locmariaquer? The beauty of the landscapes of the peninsula, the richness of the heritage, the large choice of activities, but also its microclimate! On the ground floor you can enjoy the common areas, shared with the tenants of the other apartments: a large living room (with television, home cinema and wifi), a beautiful veranda and a terrace with sea view, a laundry room, a landscaped garden (canoes, barbecue, volleyball court, vegetable garden, orchard, pétanque, outdoor shower, etc.) with direct access to the coastal path!

Un lieu où il fait bon profiter la véranda est un espace de vie très plaisant pour un groupe les équipements culinaires sont bien adaptés et le coin barbecue ne demande qu’à faire dorer les grillades le jardin est un havre de paix La vue sur le golfe du Morbihan est un joyau inespéré À recommander sans hésiter !
