Parking on the property. You will be won over by the warm atmosphere of this house with its stone and lime walls and its terracotta tiles, located in one of the outbuildings of the Manoir du Courtillon (16th century) on a 2-hectare property.
Close to the Breton capital, you are 15 minutes from Rennes, 10 minutes from the airport, the exhibition center and the Ker Lann campus.
From May to September depending on the weather, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28 °, with counter-current swimming lane.

At an additional cost, the Wellness area is accessible to you (hammam and jacuzzi: 20€/h/person or 40€/h for 2 people).

Le lieu est charmant, l'accueil l'est tout autant. Tout est décoré avec soin et le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu. La réalité est encore plus belle que les photos. On recommande aussi de profiter du spa privatif. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce havre de paix.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Petit pavillon charmant idéal pour deu, pratique, bonne literie, décoré avec goût. Pour une soirée cocooning possibilité de faire une flambée grâce à un poêle bois. Propriété entourée dans grand parc, calme et repos assurés.Je recommande .

C'est un gîte au milieu d'un parc fleuri qui embaume au mois de juin, les oiseaux sont là et la diversité des chants est impressionnante. Tous les sens sont en éveil, la vue, l'odorat, l'ouïe .... Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'emplacement sans prendre la voiture nous pouvions longer la Vilaine en partant du gîte. Pour nous à refaire
