Upstairs: One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (which can be converted into two 80x200cm beds), each with a private bathroom, two sinks, and toilet.

Near Rennes, a starting point for exploring Brittany, this independent cottage is located in the outbuildings of the Manoir du Courtillon (16th), a wooded and flowery property of 2 hectares.
The Rennes Exhibition Center is nearby (10 minutes by car).
The cottage combines comfort, charm and modernity in a warm atmosphere.
Here, you will appreciate the peace and serenity of the place, with immediate access to the Boël site on the edge of La Vilaine: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing-kayaking are among the activities nearby and trail fans will appreciate the differences in altitude! On the site, there is also another cottage and 2 guest rooms.
From May to September depending on the weather, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28 °, with counter-current swimming lane.

Wir waren beeindruckt von dem perfekt restaurierten 400 Jahre alten Herrenhaus inmitten einer gepflegten sehr großen Parkanlage.Wir waren begeistert von der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen.

Merci pour ce séjour un peu professionnel car nous avons profité de la belle piscine.Nous avons passé avec mon fils, une belle semaine avec la chance de pouvoir faire du télétravail dans un cadre magnifique.Je recommande et n'hésiterais pas à revenir si le travail m'y oblige.Merci pour l'accueil et pour votre disponibilité.

Accueil chaleureux, très jolie propriété, gîte très propre et bien entretenu. La piscine à 28 °C a beaucoup plu aux enfants, notamment l'option "courant" ainsi que les jeux de piscine. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet. Les hôtes sont disponibles et sympathiques. Notre meilleure expérience avec gîtes de France.
