On the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen with an adjoining lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140X200) with handicapped accessible toilets and shower room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 160X200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 160X200 bed), 1 cot, 1 bedroom (2 single 90X200 beds), shower room, separate WC, electric heating.
Sheets included and beds made on arrival.
You can play with the game console which is at your disposal in the living room.
Telework space set up in a bedroom or on the mezzanine of your choice.
Holiday rental with swimming pool located in Saint-Père which is 5 km from the banks of the Rance and 10 km from Saint-Malo and its large beaches.
This gite is adjoining the owner's house but it has its private enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The swimming pool which is 10 m from the gîte is heated to 28° and is to be shared with the owner according to conditions (open June to September depending on the weather), pool 8.50m x3.90m x 3.45m, depth 1.50m everywhere, 3 massaging jets.

Juste un peu compliqué pour nos personnes handicapées de descendre dans la piscine mais ils ont quand même beaucoup apprécié la maison
