The single-storey cottage has, on the south-east side, a garden with lawn and private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
On the ground floor:
living room with lounge and equipped kitchen area,
1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 and 1 baby bed),
1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90),
shower room, WC.
Fenced grounds. 13 km from Vitré and 3.5 km from Argentré (all shops), this gîte adjoining the owner's outbuildings is located in a relaxing setting.
For your relaxation: the Château des Rochers estate (walks, golf) and the Chapelle Erbrée leisure centre 10 km away.
There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area.
The gîte is only an hour from St Malo, Le Mt St Michel or Cancale.
You can go on a day trip to discover our most beautiful Breton coasts.

L'endroit est calme et reposant. La maison est entourée de verdure visible par toutes ses ouvertures. Des oiseaux et un poney y séjournent également, pour le plus grand bonheur des amoureux de la Nature. Isabelle (et Philippe) sont des hôtes autant discrets que compréhensifs. La maison est accueillante et confortable.
La bouilloire électrique en plastique. Une bouilloire en inox sur socle serait un plus.
Il n'y avait pas de composteur pour nos déchets organiques.

nous avions choisi ce gîte parce qu'il se trouvait proche de chez nos enfants et nous avons bien apprécié: coin calme et reposant, les oeufs de la ferme, propriétaires charmants tout en étant à 8 minutes de chez nos enfants. Nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons revenir dans cette région de Bretagne.
