Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a living room with a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom (double bed) with access to a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, accessed via the stairs from the living room, is a bedroom (no door) with a double bed, also containing a shower, sink, and WC.
Outside, there is a small 50m² garden with a terrace.
The cottage is semi-detached with another cottage (22G171023), and access to this cottage is via the front of it.
Parking is available in the shared courtyard of the property, with a garage at your disposal.
The tumble dryer is shared between the two accommodations. Saint-Quay-Portrieux offers a true taste of Brittany.

Un super moment en famille dans ce gîte. Idéal pour visiter la côte de granit rose, la côte d’émeraude, les excursions en bateau pour visiter l’ile de Brehat et la réserve des 7 îles…Un jardin fleuri merveilleux et un accueil des plus chaleureux

Proprietaires tres accueillants et disponibles. Logement agreable et confortable (hormis le canape) suffisant pour un couple qui n'a occupe que le rdc. Proche des plages et du centre ville. Nous etions deja venus l'annee derniere.toujours
