Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: reception hall with cupboards, living room opening onto terrace and communicating with beautiful fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with adjoining private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed 160x200 ) (shower and wc), another separate wc. Private terrace of 55 m², courtyard of 330 m² and private enclosed land of 530 m². Floor not accessible.

On leaving Lannion, in the direction of the beaches of Trébeurden and Trégastel, this family house has just undergone a total and successful renovation: you will appreciate the beautiful volumes and the private bathroom in the bedroom: total comfort! When you come back from walks, you will enjoy the well-appointed and sheltered terrace.
Ideal and trendy resort to shine on the Pink Granite Coast: the wild beach of Beg Léguer at 5 km will pleasantly surprise you, Perros Guirec and its famous village of Ploumanac'h at 10 km, Pleumeur Bodou (Gaulois Village, Planetarium, City des Télécoms) 6 km away.
Bicycle enthusiasts will be delighted: the green lane passes right next to the house.
Also to discover: Brélévenez and its listed church, Lannion and its old buildings, the many scattered chapels: in short, curiosities for all tastes and all ages!

Concernant l'hébergement c'est tout proche de la perfection . Pour atteindre le "graal" un aménagement du jardin : massifs floraux par exemple , ferait de ce gîte un endroit tout à fait exceptionnel . Cordiales salutations à Mme et Mr Nicolas et bravo à eux .
