Your holiday home comprises on the ground floor: an entrance with laundry area, a toilet with washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room giving access to a beautiful patio with garden and relaxation furniture and gas plancha.
On the 1st floor: a toilet with washbasin, a large bedroom (180cm bed) with its integrated bathroom (walk-in shower). On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms (140cm beds) each with their own bathroom.
Possibility to park in the street along the house or in car parks at each end of the street (free parking). Near the port of Légué (100m), in a neighborhood undergoing full rehabilitation and dynamics, discover this beautiful townhouse offering a high level of comfort.
With family or friends, you will feel comfortable in this house, a former bakery, which was completely renovated in 2018 and decorated with great taste and care.
Close to all amenities (St Brieuc station at 3km, public transport at 100m) you can discover the bay of St Brieuc.
Rosaires beach, a family beach popular with locals, is only 6km away.
Nearby, also discover the small port of Binic (13km) or the seaside resort of St Quay Portrieux (19km). Pléneuf Val André at 30km, Erquy and Paimpol at 45km.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille pour le nouvel an dans ce superbe gîte. Très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, chauffé correctement, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Julie. Encore merci pour tout! Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Séjour breton entre amis au top. Le gîte est parfait et très propre, Julie, notre hôte, nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Ses conseils ont été précieux tant pour les visites que pour la restauration. Gros plus, la literie est excellente ! La proximité du port, quelle chance ! Nous recommandons +++ A l'année prochaine !
