On the heights of Binic, in the heart of the old Beaumont district, this old farm from 1850 built on a plot of 800 m² has just undergone a very elegant renovation, favoring quality materials and bringing great care to the decoration.

You will stay in the Rivage gîte, with chic decoration, distinguished by a subtle mix of contemporary furniture blending perfectly with the exposed beams and stone pillars: a cocooning atmosphere guaranteed.
Young and old can meet on the landscaped grounds including a convivial area (large shared barbecue) and a children's area.
Ideal holiday location: the Corps de Garde beach is 600 m away by a path, the GR 34 also.
Binic, its marina and the family beach of La Banche are 1.5 km away as well as the shopping center 1.5 km away.

Coquet petit gîte avec son agencement moderne et un couchage pour adulte fort confortable ( n’avons pas teste le couchage enfant). Proche des commerces et au calme son seul petit défaut est d'être assez loin du petit centre ville donc des restaurants et des plages.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Binic, nous recherchions le calme et la fraicheur que nous avons trouvé ici.le gite est bien rénové et confortable, le jardin tout à fait agréable.La maman du propriétaire est tout à fait charmante et s'est démenée pour nous trouver la nouvelle box, merci à elle.

Le gîte est très joli, fonctionnel, très joliment décoré et calme. A proximité les commerces ,le port, les restaurants.Le GR34 est à 5 mn à pieds.Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer, profiter des beaux paysages et ceux qui sont adaptent des randonnées. Par contre la baignade est compliquée : eau à 17°
