On the 1st floor: a landing converted into a library lounge with TV, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds 90x190), a shower room with WC.
Enjoy the exteriors with a courtyard and a 600 m² enclosed landscaped garden.
For your parking, a private car park of 140m² is reserved for you.
You have possible access to an adjoining garage whose external dimensions are: 4m x 2.60 m. 4 adult bicycles available (helmet not provided). Successful renovation for this seaside house, semi-detached but not overlooked, very comfortable and with a trendy decoration, located just 800 m from the Casino beach and the shops.
