Your holiday rental is semi-detached and located near another gîte.
On the ground floor:
a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs:
two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and a second with a single bed (90 cm). Separate toilet.
Outside:
private terrace and private garden.
Parking is available in front of the gîte. Next to the gîte, there is a small enclosure with animals (goats, hens, and roosters) that children will love. Heated indoor swimming pool (shared with the other gîtes in an annex). Open daily from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. The pool is closed in January and February. Located 2 km from the center of Paimpol, this gîte is the perfect starting point for wonderful discoveries.
In Paimpol, take a stroll along the quays! The port has become a charming marina where you'll find lively restaurants, cafes, and shops.
It's a pleasant starting point from which you can explore the old town and its shipowners' houses.
For beautiful hikes, set sail from Ploubazlanec for Bréhat! This wild island, also known as the Island of Flowers, is only accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Séjour de 2 semaines très agréable dans ce gîte. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et même si la météo a été capricieuse, la piscine couverte a permis à nos enfants d'en profiter tous les jours. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances à Paimpol.

Avec cet accueil chaleureux , la location impeccable et très bien penser on ne pouvait passer q une très bonne semaine……Et avec en plus une piscine couverte au top , on ne peux que vous recommander les gites de kergoat et en plus la propriétaire est trés sympathique , accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses locataires

Chouette gîte pour de chouettes vacances, nous nous sommes régalés! Nous avons apprécié le petit gîte chaleureux, le calme, la nature, les animaux et la piscine couverte. La propriétaire a été très attentionnée, jusqu’à retrouver le doudou perdu de notre petit garçon. Et ce coin de Bretagne est vraiment magnifique! Top!
